The Association for the Promotion of Agile Methods is a nonprofit organization focused on fostering human potential, advancing technology, and supporting other activities that promote entrepreneurship. Successful business development depends on a number of factors:

• a clear strategy and the company’s ability to respond flexibly to changing market conditions (innovation in production, management, and marketing),
• working with talent and addressing people’s individual needs with a focus on specific groups (graduates, people over 50)
• the company’s ability to effectively manage its own or external capital,
• and to seek out financial resources for further development.

EduVita is an educational, cultural and intergenerational centre in the heart of Lecce, Southern Italy, founded in 2019.

EduVita is a place of connection between past, present and future: we create learning opportunities to improve the quality of life of elderly and young people through intergenerational dialogue.

We focus on pedagogical research, innovating teaching and learning processes, designing learning settings and developing new methodologies based on Adult Education and Intergenerational learning approaches.
